Annual Convention & Career Conference Each fall, NAIFA dedicates part of its annual convention to the National Career Conference. Led by top producers and other industry leaders, the National Career Conference features dozens of hands-on workshops and seminars covering insurance, estate planning and taxes, retirement and investing, practice management, and marketing.
