Consulted for Kelsey National beginning in February 1998 and joined Kelsey National as Controller in August 1999.

Rick has also worked as an independent consultant with Nestle USA, for whom he designed and implemented a nationwide e-mail infrastructure supporting more than 9,000 employees.
