Seniors and some disabled Americans who enrolled in Medicare prescription drug plans this year probably will pay the same amount for equivalent benefits next year.
The average monthly premium nationwide in 2007 for drug coverage known as Medicare Part D will be $24 -- the same amount the average enrollee is paying this year, the federal government announced Tuesday. They say President Bush's proposal to expand tax breaks for HSAs would accelerate a trend as small businesses look for relief from years of double-digit premium hikes for traditional insurance.

Unused money in HSAs can be rolled over from year to year. West Virginia University Hospitals’ new 64-slice CT scanner greatly enhances the diagnosis and characterization of diseases of the cardiovascular system, especially coronary artery disease. The reduced scan times - usually five to 13 seconds -- make the process easier for patients.
